Incoloy 800H (NO8810) nickel-based alloys typically have Cr content of 15-25% and nickel content of 30-45%, and have a small amount of aluminum and titanium.
Compared with Incoloy 800 alloy, the carbon content is smaller than or equal to 0.1%, and is controlled to 0.05-0.1%, which can better improve the steel strength.
The alloy has high chromium content and enough nickel content, so it has high resistance to high temperature corrosion, and it is widely used in industry.
In chloride, low concentration NaOH aqueous solution and high temperature and pressure water, it has excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance, so it is used to manufacture equipment for stress corrosion cracking resistance.
Corrosion resistance is better than general austenitic stainless steel and Inconel 600 alloy.
It is also superior to Inconel 600 and Monel 400 alloys in the manufacture of corrosion resistant stress cracking equipment.
